A few particular countries must pay tax rates.Shipping and processing costs and time for orders placed depend upon the methods and options you choose.Generally speaking,if the products you ordered are in stock,we will ship within 24 hours after processing except weekends and holiday.There are details about shipping time, cost and processing time below.

Processing Time
We hope we always can ship your order in 24 hours. But, it is inevitable that some products are out of stock.According to different products, there are different processing times.You can see more details as followings:
- Standard (basic cap)Order: It will take 7-10 days.
- Lace Front Wigs Order: It will take 10-15 days.
- Monofilament Wigs Order: It will take 18-25 days.
- Full Lace Wigs Order: It will take 20-30 working days.
Tracking your order:
When you checkout, there will be two e-mails to you.The first email is confirmation information of your order.The second email is shipping information, including tracking number and logistics company, you can tracking the order where it is delivering.
Delays or stops because of inaccurate personal information or tax
When inaccurate or incomplete addresses or unverified details with your order, it may delay or not be transported in time.We encourage customers to check order information carefully.Meanwhile,we will contact the customers by e-mail or telphone once we find that there is problem about it.If you don’t see it, please double check your junk/spam or promotions folder.
International Shipping Tax
If you're shipping to a country outside the U.S.A,customers may be subject to import duties and taxes by yourself. When you are done, logistics company will give your parcel. Due to different countries have different rules, we can’t advise the amount of what these fees might be, you can contact to your country’s customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on importing hair products. I’m wigs.com is NOT responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for international deliveries. Any refused international package (including Canada) will incur 30% restocking fee of the total order amount.
Automatic returns and wrong address disclaims
We always ship your order as soon as quickly and guarantee you can receive it on time. It is responsible for buyers to offer correct shipping address. If you would like to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately by telpnone or e-mail in 1 business day. We will make our efforts to ship the new address you offer. But, to be honest, we can’t make sure that we can change the address right away if you contact us beside 1 business day. Of course, if we can’t stop the transport, you can return your order once you receive it. Returning fee is paid by customer. We will give you our address. If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address and if you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the upgraded shipping fees
How quickly you can get your wig(s)?
If the product(s) have been finished processing, we will ship for you as soon as quickly. Generally speaking, except the uncontrollable things, you can get your wig in 10-15 days or more short time. If not,pls conatct our customer service to sovle your problem.Of course, we will try hard to shorten the processing,shipping and delivering time, and hope every customer can get it quickly.
